While balancing her professional responsibilities, Raquel has selflessly devoted her time and expertise to multiple leadership positions within the Foundation, including Secretary and Vice-Chair. As Chair of the Program Services Committee, she went above and beyond, developing vital applicant selection and mentoring processes and training programs that have transformed how we support Dream Achievers.
