Meet Alfred Domingo (pictured right with Austin Mayor Steve Adler), our first Skilled Trades Path Dream Achiever. Alfred graduated high school in San Antonio, Texas but moved soon to Oklahoma City, where he joined the Army National Guard as a Chemical Specialist.
